This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how we use and disclose such Personal Information from users of our Services, your rights and choices with respect to your Personal Information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions or concerns. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes.

- Research Registration Personal Information. If you register to participate in our clinical trials, our research partners will ask you for your name, email, address, and other contact Personal Information. They may also ask for additional Personal Information, such as demographic Personal Information or Personal Information related to your medical or health conditions.
- Communications. When you contact us via a contact form, email, or other means, you provide us with Personal Information, such as your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other Personal Information you choose to provide.
- Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact Personal Information and your resume online. We will collect the Personal Information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. A third-party provider collects and stores this Personal Information on our behalf.
- Support Information. When you request technical support services, we will process your Personal Information such as your name and the contact details you use to contact us, as well as Personal Information on the reasons for your support request, and any additional Personal Information you may provide in that context.
Personal Information we Collect by Automated Means
- Location Information. When you use our Services, we receive your location Personal Information. For example we infer your location Personal Information by using your IP address.
- Device Information. We receive Personal Information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, device type, device identifiers, web browser type and version, and operating system version.

- Research Partners. If you participate in a clinical trial, we may obtain pseudonymized Personal Information about you from our research partners, including providers of clinical trial operations services such as trial site personnel, investigators who provide you with investigational drugs, clinical research organizations, various laboratories, and imaging centers.
- Sponsored Events. If you attend meetings, conferences, symposiums, or workshops hosted by other organizations that we sponsor, we may receive Personal Information regarding your attendance from the organizations that conduct those events.
- Public Sources. We obtain Personal Information about you from public sources, such as public databases and websites. This Personal Information may include your name and professional Personal Information.

- Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional email messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Depending on where you are located, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland (“Europe”), you may have the additional rights described below:
- Access and Correction. Access the Personal Information that we have about you, obtain a copy and have us correct or update it.

Before fulfilling your request, we may ask you to provide reasonable Personal Information to verify your identity. Please note that there are exceptions and limitations to each of these rights, and that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain Personal Information for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.
7. International Data Transfers
We may transfer your Personal Information outside of Europe and, in particular, to the United States, where the level of protection of Personal Information may be different than in your country. If we do so, we will comply with applicable data protection laws, in particular by relying on a European Commission or UK Government adequacy decision, rely on contractual protections for the transfer of your Personal Information such as the European Economic Area Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or on Binding Corporate Rules. We take measures to delete your Personal Information or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this Personal Information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it, unless we are required by law to keep it for a longer period. Our Services may contain features or links to websites and services provided by third parties. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of our Service is directed to children. 12. Changes and Updates to this Policy
We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we materially change the ways in which we use or disclose Personal Information previously collected from you through the Services, we will notify you through the Services, by email, or other communication.
